For very first time user have to register into official site of TNEB and provide details.
New User Registration. Service Number and Additional Details.

Once a Highlighted Screen os opened with yellow in step 2, Now you can create a new user.

Now you need to Select the Region Name, Means right now where you are staying that location.
i.e. If you are staying Villupuram Town than you have to select it.

You can See your Consumer Number without giving your Region Name which is mentioned in below Screen Shot.

Once you Selected your Service Number, than you will found you name In case if you are an owner of the house. Suppose If you are staying as tenant than it will display Owner Name of the House.
In 5th Screen Shot you can find Username and Address. Then Service Status is alive or not.

You can update your details like :
- Username and Password
- Male of Female
- Single or Married
- Residence Proof, Occupation, Pin Code or State and Country.
When you click on Submit Button than you will get an confirmation mail into your Gmail Account.
Step 7 :
Once it’s get Confirmed then login with your Username and Password.
Now you can see on the Right Side of the Window option of Make Payment and Add Service No.
Now First Click on Add Service Number and it confirmed with Name and Details of your Address.
Then Next click on Click Make Payment Option.

Now you can find your Name, Region, Address and all your Details.

Once you clicked on the option of Make Payment than you get your all Bank Details which is your online banking facility to that bank which you select for Paying your bills.
In TNEB Online Payment there is both facility will be available like Debit Card or Credit Card.
